Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
To secure your preferred time, a non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This amount will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule to maintain our workflow. Full service fees still apply in these instances.
Policy for Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their first visit to sign necessary consent forms. We provide a safe and respectful environment for all.
